Takeover, transport and recycling of waste wood of categories A I - III, from mixed fraction category A IV and category A IV windows and doors with glass insert in the period from 01.06.2022 - 31.05.2023, at the latest until 31.05.2024 (one-time option to extend by 12 months by mutual agreement).
Acquisition and recycling of waste wood AI - IIIThe Göttingen waste disposal companies (GEB) collect the wood from bulky waste (AVV 20 03 07) separately in a compressed car as part of bulky waste collection from private households. In addition, the waste wood fractions A I - III are also accepted from other areas of origin at the recycling yard and the interim storage facility at the BVA. The mentioned fraction is also recorded in the context of large container delivery to private and commercial customers. Freedom from impurities cannot be guaranteed. All waste wood quantities are stored separately in the BVA interim storage facility and must be taken over from there by the contractor. The wood is unshredded. The edge length is limited by the container size. Only the wood from the bulky waste fraction collected in the compression car is slightly compacted as a result of the pressing in the collection vehicle. The total annual amount in 2021 for categories A I - III was around 4,000 mg. With 250 working days, a takeover capacity of an average of approximately 16 mg per working day must therefore be ensured for fraction A I - III.
The waste wood is to be sent to a generally recognized material or energy recovery. The contractor carries out the treatment and utilization of the waste wood fraction in the treatment plant (s) named in the offer.
The services of the contractor also include complete documentation of the amounts of waste wood accepted by the client. The client is to be provided with a monthly report on the amount of waste wood recovered and the whereabouts of the end users.
The documents related to the final utilization must be archived for at least 5 years.
The contractor will be reimbursed for all costs for the container supply, transport and recycling of the respective waste wood fraction. For each waste wood fraction according to lots 1-3, the contractor must provide two rainproof roll-off containers of at least 30 m³ in size. The containers are picked up by the contractor in a shake-hand procedure. The transfer of ownership of the waste wood takes place with the loading of the contractor's containers.
The offer prices remain valid for the entire term of the contract; Additional claims are expressly excluded.
