The existing police station in Pfullingen is housed at the Burgstrasse location in Pfullingen in 2 residential buildings and an interim building.
The Pfullingen police station is to be built on an open area in the “Unter den Wegen” development area on the southwestern outskirts of Pfullingen on Stuhlsteige in the direction of Sonnenbühl. The property is on the southwestern edge of a parcel that is surrounded by the ring-shaped road under the paths and slopes down to the north.
The premises are essentially composed of the management, management group, service group and the district service.
Secondly, the building includes areas for custody facilities, special and meeting rooms, as well as file and storage rooms.
Also included are social rooms, sanitary facilities and garages.
The aim is to realize the new building in timber construction, provided that it is possible and appropriate in terms of construction, use-specific and economic aspects.
Taking economic efficiency into account, the primary energy quality of an efficiency house (EH) 40 can be achieved according to the definition of the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). The annual primary energy demand Qp, ref (reference value) currently permitted under the EnEV must generally be undercut by at least 45 percent.
The construction project is to be certified using the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB). A certificate in silver is desirable.
A gross cost of EUR 7.8 million, construction price index II / 2020 = 130.6 is planned for the construction project. The construction costs (KG 300 + 400 DIN 276-1: 2008-12) amount to approx. 5.5 million EUR.
In the 2nd stage of the procedure, the selected applicants should propose solutions for the planning task in accordance with 76 para. 2 VgV, which are also decisive for the selection of the client.
