The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with a total estimated volume of 1727,130 MWh. The supply of electricity will take place for the needs of: premises and facilities as well as road lighting. Distribution services are provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the Ordering Parties (recipients/payers) and the distribution system operator (DSO): ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.

The contracting authorities described in Section I of the notice jointly conduct a public procurement procedure (Article 38 of the Public Procurement Law). The contracting authority authorized to conduct the procedure and select the most advantageous offer is the Nowa Wieś Wielka Municipality. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.11.2022 to 31.10.2023 to 184 points of consumption with a total estimated volume (+/-20%) 1727.130 MWh, of which: to premises and facilities 1242.810 MWh, for the needs of road lighting 484.320 MWh. Quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 in the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 in the Act of 10 April 1997 in the on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended).
