The purpose of this Tender is to conclude multiple Framework Agreements with multiple Services in the field of:

• Strategic Interim Management;

• Tactical Interim Management;

• Organisation advice.

These Framework Agreements are intended to take effect on January 10, 2022. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a maximum period of four (4) years. The Client has the option to prematurely terminate the Framework Agreement, after two (2) years, with due observance of a notice period of three (3) months. The expected effective date of the Framework Agreement is January 10, 2022.

Lot 1 Interim-Management Strategic

The scope for this lot concerns the whole of the activities and the deployment of Interim Management that focuses on strategic issues relating to the improvement of the current and future structure and developments of the organizations involved, coupled with Personnel and / or line responsibility.

This lot concerns the deployment of Interim Managers for temporary assignments. This lot has both an effort and a result obligation and requires the deployment of Interim Managers with Personnel and / or line responsibility:

• Knowledge and experience are expected from the Interim Managers in the various domains and result areas.

• The Interim Managers are deployed for issues concerning the continuity of the organization or an organizational unit, with a long-term vision and aimed at embedding the organization, taking into account the context of that organization and the external environment.

Lot 2 Interim-Management Tactical

The scope of this lot concerns the whole of the activities and the deployment of Interim Management that focuses on tactical issues related to improving the current and future structure and developments of the organizations involved, accompanied by personnel and / or line responsibility.

This lot concerns the deployment of Interim Managers for temporary assignments and who are deployed in existing positions. This lot has both an effort and a result obligation. The Interim Managers are deployed in tactical positions with Personnel and / or line responsibility:

• Knowledge and experience are expected from the Interim Managers in the various domains and result areas.

• The Interim Managers focus more on the short term, on processes and procedures, knowledge, attitude and behavior.

Lot 3 Organizational advice

This lot concerns the entirety of activities and assignments for advice on organizational issues at the Participants, so that organizations and / or parts thereof will function better.

This lot has both an effort and a result obligation. The Organization Advisor is deployed for advice on organizational changes and / or changes and possibly the implementation of the solutions offered. He also has knowledge of the different domains and result areas.

The Organization Consultant is accountable to the Client. His work usually consists of providing targeted advice on questions and problems, providing support or providing support during implementation and evaluation. The tasks, responsibilities, powers and the results to be achieved / advice to be obtained are explained and recorded in a written (further) assignment.
