The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and collection and/or management of waste from the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant in Hryniewicze (hereinafter: ZUOK in Hryniewicze) classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10) as waste with the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the amount of 4000 Mg in one of the recovery processes: R1, R3 or R5 in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) (basic order).

Waste is a high-calorific fraction produced in ZUOK in Hryniewicze with a size exceeding 80 mm in the processes of mechanical treatment of municipal waste. The Contracting Authority has a certificate of the Sustainable Development Criteria System INiG (KZR INiG) TNP number KZR INiG/0244/5367/2022.
