The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement and two works contracts relating to the design, production, supply, delivery, handling and commissioning assistance of boilers and burners for boiler houses in the heat networks of public heating utilities operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries on the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions.
Framework agreement design, realization, supply, delivery, handling, and MES of boilers and gas burners of boiler houses operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the ARA and Burgundy regionsMulti-award framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of three years, renewable twice a year, relating to the design, production, supply, delivery, handling, and commissioning assistance of natural gas boilers and burners for boilers in the heat networks of the heating utilities operated by Dalkia and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions. This Framework Agreement will include:
— the supply and implementation of two boilers and two burners of about 3 and 5 MW in 2022;
— the supply and implementation of a boiler and burner of about 8 MW in 2022;
— supply and implementation of boilers and burners of about 1 to 12 MW between 2021 and 2025 (on unit price slips). The contract shall be concluded without minimum or maximum guaranteed, and shall not confer exclusivity on the holder over the needs of the procuring entity. Works contract design, realization, supply, delivery, handling, and MES of boilers and gas burners of the boiler room of the public heat network of Saint-Chamond operated by SceviaContract for the design, construction, supply, delivery, handling, and commissioning of boilers and natural gas burners for the heating system boiler room of the public heating service of Saint-Chamond operated by Scevia. This contract will include:
— the supply and implementation of two boilers and two burners of about 4 and 5 MW in 2022 with a stamp of 12 bar.
Construction contract design, realization, supply, delivery, handling, and MES of boilers/gas/oil burners of the boiler room Vaulx-en-Velin operated by Vaulx-en-Velin Villeurbanne EnergiesWork contract relating to the design, construction, supply, delivery, handling, and commissioning of boilers and burners with natural gas and domestic fuel oil for the heating system boiler room of the public heating service of Vaulx-en-Velin operated by Vaulx-en-Velin Villeurbanne Energies. This contract will include:
— the supply and implementation of a 20 MW two-bustible boiler (natural gas and oil) in 2022 with a stamp of 10 bars.
