Delivery and implementation of a system of digital registration of court hearings in courts from the area of Rzeszów appeal. The subject of the contract was divided into packages, in accordance with part II. IV point 1 of the SWZ.

The list of technical and functional parameters together with a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the assortment and quantity statement is presented in Appendix No. 1 (respectively 1.1-1.11) to the SWZ, which is the Assortment and Price Form.

The Contracting Authority allows the possibility of a solution equivalent to the architecture of the "ReCourt" system and fulfilling the key tasks specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the contract". The Ordering Party requires that the offered equivalent solution cooperate with systems and software operating in units, in particular the "Sawa", "Information Portal", "Jitsi" system. A Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
