The Danish Return Agency has an ongoing need for chartering of aircraft for use in broadcast operations. These are often deployment operations that are kept secret until shortly before the operation is carried out. These may be operations in which the supplier must be able to submit an offer and board a chartered aircraft at short notice.

These are often broadcast operations in which the person or persons concerned have opposed the broadcast in the first place. The deployees are therefore accompanied by several police officers all the way to the final destination – among other things to ensure security throughout the operation is maintained and that the deployment is carried out as planned with authorities in the country concerned, where the persons are to be deployed.

Estimated total volume: On average, 5 flights per year - the equivalent of 20 flights in total.

The maximum amount: on average, 8 flights per year - the equivalent of 32 flights in total.

The reason for the large difference between the estimated quantity and the maximum quantity is because the forecast of future deployments via aircraft chartering is subject to uncertainty, as it depends, inter alia, on whether there are foreigners in the deportation position to the given destinations, where it is appropriate to send them out via chartering of aircraft, as well as it also depends on cooperation with the authorities of the destination country."
