The Operation concerns the rehabilitation in situ of the 3 existing buildings of the alsh identified as remarkable heritage under the PLU of the city of Gujan-Mestras as well as the construction of a new building.

The Ensemble is part of a plot of 12,390 square meters partially located in an area identified as a flood and submersion risk.

The operation is taking place on an occupied site and will be the subject of several phases of work.

The useful surface area of the buildings to be rehabilitated is about 550 square meters.

The useful area of the new building to be built is about 1,050 square meters.
