The subject of the contract shall be the supply of natural aggregates broken within the meaning of Article 7 (4) of the PZP (together with transport service and distribution), to be executed in the Koszęcin Forest District in 2022.

The order shall include systematic delivery of 9,750 tonnes of aggregate, transport to the place of development, landing and dismantling by a grader or similar machine on the indicated section of road along with compaction of the road roller. Depending on the field conditions, aggregate will be ordered in the fraction: 31,5/63 mm — approx. 80% of the amount of aggregate ordered, other fractions — approx. 20% of the amount of aggregate ordered. The thickness of the layer of built-up aggregate is not specified and depends on the field conditions.

The item of the order was divided into two parts.

The estimated value of the order takes into account the basic order and the right of options.

The order shall include systematic delivery of 4,500 tonnes of aggregate, transport to the place of development, landing and dismantling by a grader or similar machine on the indicated section of road along with compaction of the road roller. Depending on the field conditions, aggregate will be ordered in the fraction: 31,5/63 mm — approx. 80% of the amount of aggregate ordered, other fractions — approx. 20% of the amount of aggregate ordered. The thickness of the layer of built-up aggregate is not specified and depends on the field conditions.

Due to the specifics of this contract and the resulting lack of ability to precisely determine the demand at the time of describing the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority undertakes to order deliveries at a level of not less than 50% of the quantities of aggregate to each part orders. In this case, the contract will be attentive to be executed in full.

The location of aggregate deliveries carried out for road sections, dates, destination will be indicated by forestry or forestry, to which the order will be directed. The Forestry or in its substitution shall confirm any delivery of a batch of aggregate on the proof of weighing or the amount of WZ which the Contractor is obliged to provide for each transport. In addition, employees of the Ordering Party will receive delivery each time for correct aggregate built-up in the locations indicated in the order in accordance with the receipt protocol.
