Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut requests quotes for property maintenance services on behalf of Sivakka (hereinafter also referred to as the client and client).
Work in accordance with the contract for property maintenance sites must begin on 1.6.2023
The acquisition concerns the property maintenance contracts of approximately 27 properties in the Oulu region. The client companies are Oulun Sivakka Oy and Sivakka-Yhtymä Oy. The agreement is concluded separately with each company.
The client has dimensioned the properties that are the subject of the invitation to tender. With the experience, the Customer has formed a picture of the workload with which the quality level described in this invitation to tender and the work performed as specified in the maintenance instructions are realized in the properties. If the number of working hours (sizing) indicated by the tenderer is substantially below the dimensioning (-15%) presented in the client's property information system (Tampuuri), it is likely that the quality level set in this invitation to tender and/or the work performed as specified in the maintenance instructions will not be carried out in accordance with the specifications. In this case, when assessing the eligibility of the offer, the subscriber may reject the offer or the offers as not responding to the request for quotation. When processing tenders, it is considered that the basic working hours of one employee are approximately 160 hours per month.

GETTING TO KNOW THE PROPERTIES
THE CLIENT ARRANGES A JOINT DISPLAY FOR BIDDERS INTERESTED IN THE PROCUREMENT TO GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE REAL ESTATE OBJECTS THAT ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT DURING THE TENDERING PROCESS. THE DISPLAY TIMES ARE 23.3.2023 AND 24.3.2023 IN THE MORNING.
In order for the subscriber to be able to allocate enough time and resources to the display sites, bidders interested in the screens are requested to register by e-mail to Hosting Manager Jouni Hautamäki by 21.3.2023 at jouni.hautamaki@sivakka.fi
The subscriber will provide the registered bidders with a more detailed time and arrival instructions by e-mail.
Familiarising yourself with property-specific display reviews is not a prerequisite for submitting tenders, and visiting or not visiting the sites does not affect the client's position in the tender process.
TAMPUURI TOIMINNANOHJAUSJÄRJESTELMÄ
The client has access to the Tampuuri ERP system. For the duration of the tendering process, the client will open access to the ERP system for the properties that are involved in the procurement to bidders interested in the procurement. Property-specific maintenance instructions and other basic information must be retrieved from the property information system by the deadline for submitting bids.
Appendix 4 "Instructions for use of Tampuuri" to the invitation to tender contains a username and password for logging in, as well as instructions on how to find the necessary information in the information system.
