Object of the supplies: market for the supply of software and accounting management & purchasing.

Comment: this contract consists of the acquisition and implementation of a new accounting & purchasing management software within the CRP.

It is:

- provide software that meets the technical requirements of these special specifications;

- support the adjudicator in setting up the new tool;

- train future users and beneficiaries in services and units;

- maintain the application in a corrective, evolving and legal manner;

- provide “intelligent” reporting software that allows the implementation of a reporting tool and an automated, simple and relevant dashboard.

Context:

CRP Les Marronniers has been using the “EASI Financials” management software since 1.1.2011 to carry out its accounts and purchases, so it is a mini ERP.

During 2020, a reflection was carried out in order to determine the optimal purchasing procedures for a structure in full transformation such as the CRP.

At the end of this mission, the minimum requirements for the acquisition of a new Accounting & Purchasing software were defined, which are described below in these special specifications.
