The subject of the contract is to perform cleaning works in the m.st of Warsaw.

The order is divided into 7 lots, each of which is a separate task.

Cleaning works in the following districts: Śródmieście, Wola, Bemowo, Żoliborz, Bielany, consisting of:

• washing ZTM shelters and sidewalks (under roof) located at public transport stops and loops,

• emergency washing of ZTM shelters located at public transport stops and loops

The contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ employees on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended)

for the implementation of works consisting in washing bus shelters. Detailed conditions related to the employment of employees based on an employment contract are set out in Annex 4 to the model contract.

The scope of work is specified in Annex 1 to the model contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annexes 4 to the SWZ.

• washing ZTM shelters and sidewalks (under roof) located at public transport stops and loops,

• Świętokrzyska,

• New World,

• platforms Dw. Centralny 09 and 10

and emergency pavement cleaning;

for the implementation of works consisting in cleaning the surface of sidewalks along Krakowskie Przedmieście, Świętokrzyska, Nowy Świat streets and platforms Dw. Centralny 09 and 10.
