1. The subject of the contract is the provision of translation and interpretation services to the Marshal's Office of the Malopolska Region in 2023 with the right of option until the end of 2024.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the option right in this contract. The subject of the contract under the option right may be performed up to 12 months from the date of completion of the basic contract or until the funds for financing the contract under the option are exhausted. The contract under the right of option will be performed under the same conditions as the basic contract.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the SCW.
4. The terms of execution of the contract are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement to be entered into the public procurement contract model, Annex No 1C to the swz.

The contracting authority, in accordance with the instruction resulting from Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the scope of the performance of the contract
