The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of property, civil liability and vehicles AMW SINEVIA Sp. z o.o.

The Contracting Authority divided the order into two parts, i.e.:

Part of the order no. 1 - Insurance of property and civil liability due to the conducted activity of AMW SINEVIA Sp. z o. o.

Part of the order no. 2 - Motor insurance of vehicles at the disposal of AMW SINEVIA Sp. z o.o.

Property and civil liability insurance for the conducted activity of AMW SINEVIA Sp. z o. o.

The Order includes property insurance together with civil liability insurance for the conducted business and owned property in the scope of insurance for each of the two Tasks, i.e.:

• Task I – insurance of the Ordering Party's property

• Task II – civil liability insurance of the ordering party,

in the internal division into insurance:

(a) property from all risks;

b) property from burglary and robbery including devastation and vandalism;

(c) electronic equipment against all risks;

(d) construction machinery and equipment against damage;

e) general civil liability of the Ordering Party (OC).

f) an entrepreneur conducting business activity in the field of personal and property protection services carried out in the form of technical security (mandatory).

Motor insurance of vehicles at the disposal of AMW SINEVIA Sp. z o.o.

The order includes comprehensive motor insurance for vehicles at the disposal of the Ordering Party in the scope of risks: OC, NNW, AC, ASS.
