This contract concerns the crack-free shutdown of homes, common areas and buildings (defined as a collection of dwellings) and this:

- In the context of cracking prevention: prevent intrusion by unauthorized persons by cracking resistant shutdown of access roads to a home or to a building; determining and implementing cracking measures;

- In the context of squatting control, where a previously cracked dwelling is closed without cracking after expulsion of the squatters, possibly after disposal of abandoned material if it hinders the placement of anti-squatting installations.
