The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of services for the transmission and distribution of electricity to facilities and equipment owned by the Commune of Świątniki Górne and organizational units of the Commune (GOPS, Municipal Library) from 01.07.2022. until 30.06.2023, being in tariff groups: C11, C12a, C12b, C21, B21, B23a within the meaning of Article 3(30) and Article 5(3) of the Act of 10 April 1997. The list of facilities and equipment referred to in paragraph 1 and the planned consumption of electricity shall contain Annexes 4 and 5 to the SWZ.

The estimated amount of energy ordered is 1 433 460.00 kWh. The above value is an estimate, given in order to determine the value of the contract, which does not reflect the actual or declared use of electricity during the term of the contract and in no case can be the basis or any claims on the part of the contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the amount of electricity ordered.
