The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements, specifying the conditions for public procurement for the supply of ecological chemicals for deicing airport surfaces for the winter season 2019/2020, which may be awarded to the Contractor during the term of the framework agreements. The proceedings were divided into the following two parts:
Part 1 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of ecological chemicals for deicing airport surfaces, i.e. liquid for deicing airport surfaces produced on the basis of potassium formate in quantities not exceeding 1,000,000 kg.
Part 2 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of ecological chemicals for deicing airport surfaces, i.e. granules for deicing airport surfaces produced on the basis of sodium formate in quantities not exceeding 400,000 kg.
Part 1 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of ecological chemicals for deicing airport surfaces, i.e. liquid for deicing airport surfaces produced on the basis of potassium formate in quantities not exceeding 1,000,000 kg; The amounts specified will be implemented, depending on the needs, successively in the winter season 2019/2020 from the date of the contract until 30.4.2020. The minimum amount that the Purchaser envisages to order in the abovementioned the period is 150,000 kg.
The conditions regarding the delivery of ecological chemicals for de-icing airport pavements are described in the Specification of Essential Terms of Order (SIWZ) - Chapter II - Description of the subject of the proceedings.
To confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 item 2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity requests the following documents:
- a document confirming that the offered deicing liquid for airport pavements has a valid certificate issued by a conformity assessment body within the meaning of Art. 30b paragraph 2 of the Act or test report of this unit, or an equivalent document, e.g. SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) certificate AMS 1435 (Aerospace Material Specifications), in the current version of the standard, i.e. AMS 1435C (in force from 7.6. 2012) or meets the requirements of an equivalent standard.
Part 2 of the procedure: conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of ecological chemicals for deicing airport surfaces, i.e. granules for deicing airport surfaces produced on the basis of sodium formate in quantities not exceeding 400,000 kg. The amounts specified will be implemented, depending on the needs, successively in the winter season 2019/2020 from the date of signing the contract to 30/04/2020. The minimum amount that the Purchaser envisages to order in the abovementioned period is 50,000 kg.

To confirm the circumstances referred to in art. 25 paragraph 1 item 2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Awarding Entity requests the following documents:
- a document confirming that the granulate offered has a valid certificate issued by a conformity assessment body within the meaning of Art. 30b paragraph 2 of the Act or test report of this unit, or an equivalent document, e.g. SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) AMS 1431 certificate
(Aerospace Material Specifications) in the current version of this standard, i.e. 1431D (effective from 8.6.2012) or meets the requirements of an equivalent standard.
