This prior information notice concerns extension of the existing contract, for IT operational contract and user support, with Cegal AS for 18 months.

The contract includes the combined IT operating environment at Petroleumstilsynet [the Petroleum Safety Authority] in Stavanger. The operating environment is located in the supplier's premises.

Legal basis: Public Procurement Regulations § 28-1 (1) letter d.

The contract includes the combined IT operating environment at Petroleumstilsynet [the Petroleum Safety Authority] in Stavanger. Deliveries included are:

- Operation of servers

- Operation of standard applications and professional applications with databases

- Communication platform:

- WAN and LAN

- Communication between suppliers and the Petroleum Safety Authority's location

- PKI and certificate management

- Concept for local PC/VDI/Laptop operation (roll-out etc.)

- Operation of mobile telephones

- Operation of various periphery equipment

- Operation of AV systems

- Service Desk

- Local user support. The operating environment is located in the supplier's premises.

Service Desk (Single Point of Contact) will be part of the combined operational contract.

The current contract period: 27.01.2015 - 31.01.2022 (including two options)

The extended contract period: 01.02.2022 – 01.08.2024
