The daycare center in Neunheim is either to be rebuilt and expanded, or to be rebuilt and the inventory to be demolished. In both cases, renovation work in the school area is also necessary.
The two variants are as follows:
Version 1:
Demolition of the existing kindergarten building (honeycomb construction) and construction of a new kindergarten. It should be considered to what extent this new building fits the building of the best. School would be built and the escape route situation of the school on the upper floor is improved. Possibly. the existing accessibility of the school could be used by the existing elevator in a two-storey new kindergarten building, provided that this new building fits the best. School building is built or built in connection with this.
Variant 2:
Both the existing kindergarten building and the areas in the school used by the kindergarten are being renovated or completely renovated and extended by a connecting structure.
Nevertheless, the escape route situation of the school building on the upper floor would also have to be improved in variant 2.
In both variants, access to the student toilets is to be housed in the school building so that these toilets can be used without leaving the school building. Both versions also require a higher dimensioning of the building and property drainage up to the public sewer network as well as a renovation of the existing parking lot and the access road.
Within the scope of the procedure, service phases 1-9 of the service profile object planning for buildings and Interiors (in accordance with Section 34 (3) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1) and service phases 1-9 of the service profile for outdoor facilities (in accordance with Section 39 (3) HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 No. 11.1). In variant 1, the demolition of the existing building must also be supervised by the architect. In variant 2, it is the architect's task to also take care of the container system for outsourcing the kindergarten operation and the temporary accommodation. The following special services are also commissioned in both variants:
- Investigation of alternative solutions (conversion or new construction) in Lph. 2,
- Monitoring remedial measures in Lph. 9,
- Building inventory documentation for later operation,
- Creation of maintenance and care instructions.

- template LPH 4 including cost calculation and explanatory report: until 15.10.2021,
- Submission LPH 5 as well as color and material concept: until 1.7.2022,
- Submission LPH 6 and 7 (1st package) for structural work and, if necessary, wet plaster: until 1.9.2022,
- Start of construction: autumn 2022,
- Submission LPH 6 and 7 (2nd package) all finishing work: by 10.1.2023,
- Commissioning: 1.9.2024.
