Henne-Kaserne Erfurt is located on the southeastern outskirts of Erfurt on Nissaer Weg. The location for the new construction of the Central Armoury Building (ZWaKaGeb) is centrally located in the Henne Barracks.

In order to implement the separation of functional and accommodation areas, it is necessary to combine several decentrally distributed armories in a central building. The Central Armoury Building (ZWaKaGeb) is used for the storage, cleaning and repair of safety-sensitive material (weapons, telecommunications and optical equipment). In addition, a training device must be accommodated in the ZWaKaGeb. The building is to be connected to the existing road and supply and disposal network of the property.

For these purposes, the service of object planning buildings (architectural services) is put out to tender.

Procurement includes the awarding and commissioning of services of the property planning of buildings (architectural services) according to § 15 of the HOAI with the service level 1 (basic services of the service phases 2-4 HOAI) and then, if necessary, the further step-by-step commissioning of the further service levels 2; 3 and 4 (basic services of the service phases 5 to 8 HOAI) as well as the special services from the performance level 5 (special services from the LP 9 HOAI).

For the new building of the ZWaKaGeb, the following space program is to be implemented on two floors:

8 armories with output area; 1 battery hold; 2 workshops for repair; 1 weapon cleaning room; 1 shooting simulator; 1 storage room; 2 cleaning agent rooms; 2 house connection rooms as well as sanitary facilities for 140 people.

For all rooms, the on-site requirements for the implementation of the applicable requirements for occupational safety, hygiene, fire protection and environmental protection are required. Constructive barriers must always be avoided.

The building is to correspond to a nearly zero-energy building (efficiency building Bund 40). In principle, the Guidelines for Sustainable Building must be applied to construction measures of the Bundeswehr. The assessment of the building according to the Evaluation System for Sustainable Construction (NBB certification) is not to be carried out.

The construction project is classified open. A review in the sense of SÜG is not required.

The planning requirements are determined as average, according to fee zone III HOAI 2021 for the construction project.

The planning services to be commissioned for the HOAI's property planning buildings are regulated in the binding part of the HOAI 2021.
