Viapost wishes to conclude framework agreements with Temporary Work Companies and/or Groups of Temporary Work Companies specialized in the provision of temporary workers on French national territory (excluding Corsica and Drom-Com).

Any subsidiary of Viapost will be able to benefit from the provisions of the framework agreements resulting from this consultation.

The agreements are intended only for Classic and Digital Temporary Acting Companies.

As a result, the framework agreements will not be open to Temporary Integration Companies, Timeshare Companies, Work Assistance Establishments or Services, Adapted Enterprises, Employers' Groups, Employers' Groups for Integration and Qualification. These benefits will be treated independently.
