For this purpose, the existing school building of the OBS Marklohe will be built except for the load-bearing
Reinforced concrete skeleton construction dismantled. The interior layout is restructured to accommodate the new
Space program and to meet the current space requirements. The exterior façade is constructed in a timber panel construction.
Essentially, these are:
1 piece 250kW pellet boiler
1 piece 40,000 kg pellet underground tank
1 piece heating manifold 21m³/h
Approx. in total. 300 radiators/convectors/heating walls
