Framework Agreement (AQ) with a single operator, for the supply to the list of equipment, software licenses, accessories and specialist professional services related to graphic systems:

— for the design, data entry and broadcast of real-time electronic graphics (Lot No. 1 — 'Titrator Systems'),

— for the acquisition, cataloging and airing of static images and to a lesser extent of dynamic type (Lot 2 — 'Stillstore Systems').

Through the identification of a price list related to tender technology and referable to a single manufacturer/producer who owns the intellectual rights on the technology offered, without prejudice to accessories and any third-party components within the limits of what is described in the tender documentation. For each component on the price list, the remote technical support service and software assurance service for a duration of 60 months and a warranty of 24 months is also required, both starting from the date of certificate of conformity of the supply of each implementation. For each configuration, the installation, configuration and start-up assistance service is also required, in a number of working days by type of location as per specifications. In view of the nature of the AQ, the estimated value for each lot represents the maximum amount of its AQ and is not subject to lower; this amount is in no way demanding nor binding for RAI FILE.

Provision of equipment, software licenses, accessories and specialized professional services related to graphic systems for the design, data entry and broadcast of electronic graphics in real time, through the identification of a price list related to tender technology and referable to a single manufacturer/producer who owns the intellectual rights on the technology offered. The actual amounts of the benefits to be performed will be determined when entering into the implementation contracts using the unit prices indicated in the discounted list with the single percentage discount “ScuniCOF”. '(for supplies) and' SCUnicos' (for services) offered by the successful tenderer for lot 1. RAI reserves the right, if the contractual amount is not exhausted at the end of the contractual term, to extend the duration of the relevant framework agreement for the time necessary to use of the entire contractual amount. RAI also reserves the right to modify, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Code, the framework agreement, if there is a rapid and significant technological evolution of some of the components of the products subject to supply and provided that the changes do not alter the general nature of the contract. For lot 1, the auction base, relevant for calculating the ranking list, was defined on the basis of a weighting of the estimated maximum prices for the different 10 reference configurations. This auction base (cd. 'Total weighted auction price') is EUR 14 475 excluding VAT. The security charges are 100 EUR.
