The HKK procures the materials and tools that are classified into five product groups for the study:
A-general construction materials
B-finishing materials
C-fasteners
D-Tools
E-work and safety equipment
The procurement is divided into five parts. The tender may be submitted to one or more parts of the procurement. The most important assessment criterion is the discount percentage. If the offer is submitted for several parts of the procurement, the percentage of discount shall be the same for all parts.
The framework contract shall be concluded with three or more tenderers who have made the best offers. In more cases where several providers offer the same percentage of discount.
The cost of the parts of the procurement shall indicate the total estimated cost of the procurement. It is not possible to single out the cost of parts of a separate procurement.
