The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining the efficiency of the Operation of the Area Traffic Control System under the supervision of the SITRAFFIC SCALA application in the city of Rzeszów, in particular supervision over the correctness of the operation of the SITRAFFIC SCALA traffic management software and the assumed optimization goals of area control in the city.
The scope of the contract includes the maintenance of proper functioning, which is understood as the removal of all errors, failures and defects in the software, resulting in incorrect operation of the system, which arose or were detected during its standard operation, in order to effectively minimize the time during which the system will work improperly.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in maintaining the efficiency of the Area Traffic Control System under the supervision of the SITRAFFIC SCALA application in the city of Rzeszów, in particular supervision over the correctness of the operation of the SITRAFFIC SCALA traffic management software and the assumed optimization goals of area control in the city.
The scope of the contract includes the maintenance of proper functioning, which is understood as the removal of all errors, failures and defects in the software, resulting in incorrect operation of the system, which arose or were detected during its standard operation, in order to effectively minimize the time during which the system will work improperly.
REMARK! The Contractor is obliged to ensure, throughout the entire period of performance of the contract, the total share of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of motor vehicles within the meaning of Article 2(33) of the Act of 20 June 1997. The Law on Road Traffic, used in the performance of the contract, at the level of at least 10%, on the terms set out in the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels.
