The current project planning provides for several successive project phases for the introduction of an ECMS. It should be noted that the HBRS member university of the DH. NRW. In this context, esp. the Golden Master templates, which are currently produced by the DH. NRW and the state of NRW financed, still running E-Akte consortium projects emerge, be implemented and adapted to the needs of HBRS. In addition, own projects are to be implemented. In the first project phase, training will first be carried out on smaller projects of your own (after setting up the ECMS basic system). The ECMS will then be used as a central data repository at HBRS to adapt the first e-file blueprints (Golden Master).
The goal at HBRS is to implement collaborative electronic transaction processing, which, among other things, ensures the completeness of all process-relevant information during the entire joint processing process.
All areas of application to be piloted have a comparably high priority for the central administration but also for the scientific organizational units of HBRS.
