Cornwall Housing Ltd intends to establish a 4 year framework agreement with a number of contractors to provide planned maintenance work to its housing stock.
The Framework will operate a mini competition process to enable call-off contracts to be awarded. Cornwall Housing Ltd is proposing to establish the framework with 7 lots with between 4 and 8 contractors appointed per lot, as follows:
Lot 1 Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance.
Lot 2 Ground Works.
Lot 3 Kitchen and Bathrooms.
Lot 4 Roofing.
Lot 5 General Building (individual call off contracts up to 150k GBP East Cornwall).
Lot 6 General Building (individual call off contracts up to 150k GBP West Cornwall).
Lot 7 General Building (individual call off contracts up to 150k GBP to 500k GBP).
Contractors may bid for more than one Lot, but contractors bidding for Lot 7 are precluded from bidding for Lots 5 or 6, and contractors bidding for Lots 5 and/or 6 are precluded from bidding for Lot 7.
