The project is for engineering design services, planning and execution of:

1. A 1st — 10th year school for 420 pupils, gross area 4 800 m2.

2. Multi-purpose hall connected to the school with grandstand capacity and a gross area of 1 750 m2.

3. New public library connected to the school with a gross area of approx. 280 m2, based on the provisional calculations included in the school building's total area.

4. Option to construct a new swimming pool with a competition pool 21 x 25 metres and the recommended solution in the feasibility study. Gross area 1 750 m2.

To facilitate an optimal project within the applicable investment framework, the solution proposal shall be prepared in a development phase/collaboration phase in cooperation between the Builder, users and tenderer. In this phase, the project shall be quality assured against the requirements set in the tender documentation.

Flesberg municipality invites turnkey contractors with contract helpers to submit tenders for engineering design services, construction and trial operation of a school, as well as a multi-purpose hall and a possible swimming pool. An execution model based on a ‘development contract/collaboration contract’ has been chosen for the project.
