The subject of the contract is the implementation of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Commune of Godów and PSZOK, in the period from 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023, in the scope of: - collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Commune of Godów. The area of the Commune of Godów is 3808 ha, the Commune of Godów consists of seven villages: Godów, Gołkowice, Skrzyszów, Krostoszowice, Łaziska, Skrbeńsko, Podbucze, - service of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Skrbeńsk, Piotrowicka Street run by the Commune of Godów, every Wednesday from 11.00 to 17.00 and on Saturday from 8.00 to 14.00. The contracting party does not require an on-site inspection or verification of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract referred to in Article 131(2) of the PPL Act.

Material scope of the subject of the contract: 1) Covers the implementation period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 2) The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the entire amount of municipal waste transferred by the owners of real estate inhabited from before the property as well as the entire stream of municipal waste transferred to PSZOK in accordance with the resolution of the Commune Council of Godów No. XVIII/112/2020 of March 30, 2020 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the area Municipalities of Godów with changes including: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (200301), b) paper and cardboard (200101, paper and cardboard packaging (150101) c) glass (20102), glass packaging (150107), d) plastic (200139), plastic packaging (150102), metals (200140), metal packaging (150104), multi-material packaging (150105), mixed packaging waste (150106) e) bio-waste (200201), (f) waste electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators, fluorescent lamps (200135*, 200136, 200123*, 200134, 200121*, 160214, 200128, 200133*), g) bulky waste (200307), h) used tyres (160103).
