1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Customer Service Portal (POK) in the following stages:
1) Stage I - Pre-implementation analysis
2) Stage II: Building POK
3) Stage III: Launch on production environment
4) Stage IV: Post-Roadside Services
2. Phase IV (Support and Development Services) will be provided, in the dimension of 50 rbh per month (600 rbh total), after the implementation of the POK for a period of 365 days from the date of signing of the Final Reception Protocol (Phase III, Implementation) under the terms set out in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. Minimum requirements for delivery and implementation of POK The Contracting Authority specified in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which is Annex 6 to the SWZ and in the Model Contract which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
4. Within 12 months from the date of signing of the Final Reception Protocol, the Ordering Party reserves the opportunity to acquire from the Contractor under the Options Law, Support and Development Services in a dimension not exceeding 3 000 rbh.
