LSHTM wishes to award a contract for the maintenance, repair, upgrading, modification and remote monitoring of Building Management Systems manufactured by Distech Controls and Satchwell and located in buildings in Bloomsbury (London WC1). The contract will have a 5-year primary term and options to extend for 2 additional years.

LSHTM's Building Management Systems, installed in buildings located in Bloomsbury (London WC1), require maintenance, improvement and monitoring. The core services will be planned preventative maintenance (104 engineer days per year rising to 128 from 2025), callouts, reactive repairs and 24/7/365 remote monitoring. There will also be ongoing requirements for small works (upgrades and modifications) including a project to be delivered in 2023 (the South Courtyard Upgrade). The contractor will deploy engineers who are qualified to work on Distech Controls BMS systems and able to support end-of-life Satchwell systems.
