The contract includes the object planning services of the building and interior services according to § 33 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, service phases 1-9 for the new construction of the Kösseine Sports Park.

The cities of Marktredwitz and Waldershof are planning the new construction of the Kösseine Sports Park in an inter-municipal project for the development of the rural region. The existing facility will be demolished and the new Sportpark Kösseine is to be built. The aim is to create an outdoor sports area on which various sports and leisure activities can be practiced. Changing facilities and a catering area with further possibilities for leisure activities are to be newly built. In addition, the "Fichtel Wave" is to be built as a highlight. The outdoor sports areas are planned by an outdoor facility planner. For the buildings and the "Fichtel Wave" as well as the demolition of the existing plant, property planning services are required. Previous examination results will be made available. This concept needs to be further developed. Leader funding is to be applied for for the measure.
