1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products.
2. The subject of the order is divided into 4 parts, hereinafter referred to as the Packages. The offer may include the entire order or selected packages. An offer must be made for all items to be valid in a given package. The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of offers for selected items within the packages
3. In detail, the subject of the order is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the price form (quantitative and assortment specification).
4. The Ordering Party shall allow the products to be offered in different unit packages provided that the final quantity is equal to the quantitative and assortment specification form specified by the contracting authority, If the total quantity of pieces is not divisible by the size of the packaging Contracting Authority permits the valuation of products taking into account quantity conversions to two decimal places, after calculation in accordance with mathematical rules.
