The purpose of this operation is to renovate the 3rd and 4th floors of the so-called "Colbert" area located in the Palais-Bourbon.

The Transaction consists of 13 separate lots.

Lots 2c, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 were awarded under the open tendering procedure.

The services expected under these lots are described in the special technical clauses (SCC) specific to each lot and in the common SCC.

Structural work (including the creation of a gallery, hoppers and the creation of a land reserve in the basement), ashlar and locksmithing

- Wall and ceiling paints, thin wall coverings, floor paints, interior paints and woodwork, and exterior paint;

- resilient floor coverings;

- hard floor coverings;

- hard wall coverings;

- regulatory and directional signage.

Installation of door blocks, frames and shaft facades, renovation of parquet flooring and creation of custom-made fixed furniture

Carry out the high and low current installations for the new configuration of the premises as part of this renovation in full compliance with the recommendations and specifications of the technical departments of the National Assembly in accordance with the CCTG An (in CFO and CFA). The Operation consists of extending existing networks at the Palais Bourbon

create a Fire Safety System within the meaning of articles MS 53 to MS 69 of the decree of 25 June 1980, integrated into the existing ISS, type A with type 1 alarm equipment

heating and air conditioning: renovation of the HVAC facilities in the Colbert area.

Aeraulic: air treatment of offices and meeting rooms.

Plumbing: refurbishment of sanitary facilities, creation of herbal tea rooms, creation of lifting pits in technical galleries
