The purpose of this operation is to renovate the 3rd and 4th floors of the so-called "Colbert" area located in the Palais-Bourbon.
The Transaction consists of 13 separate lots.
Lots 2c, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 were awarded under the open tendering procedure.
The services expected under these lots are described in the special technical clauses (SCC) specific to each lot and in the common SCC.

Fire Safety - Servo Fire Detectioncreate a Fire Safety System within the meaning of articles MS 53 to MS 69 of the decree of 25 June 1980, integrated into the existing ISS, type A with type 1 alarm equipment
Plumbing - HVAC - Radiant ceilings - Sanitary equipmentheating and air conditioning: renovation of the HVAC facilities in the Colbert area.
Aeraulic: air treatment of offices and meeting rooms.
Plumbing: refurbishment of sanitary facilities, creation of herbal tea rooms, creation of lifting pits in technical galleries
