HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH (HOWOGE) is planning to build a 3-stream primary school on the approx. 14,078 m2 building plot at Rosenfelder Ring 39 in 10315 Berlin-Lichtenberg (OT Friedrichsfelde) according to the pedagogical model of the Berlin Compartment School with a sports hall, consisting of 2 hall sections, as a sustainable and efficient timber construction. All school uses, including the outdoor sports facilities, will be fully mapped on the property.

The services to be awarded relate to the turnkey construction of the construction project in timber construction by a general contractor. The service includes all structural engineering, technical and gardening and landscaping construction services required for the complete construction of the school, including the sports hall and outdoor facilities, as well as all planning services for the property planning, the technical equipment including all technical development, the structural design and the outdoor facility planning. The entire planning is to be offered in all affected service profiles, including all expert and expert services and the obtaining of all necessary permits as well as the turnkey and ready-to-move construction of the construction project.

As part of the award procedure, the bidders must, among other things, prepare a planning project study, which will be evaluated by the contracting authority with regard to its quality as part of the award decision.
