Description:
Delivery of a system for multiparametric characterization of macromolecules, nanoparticles and aggregates.

1.Order type: delivery.

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of a system for multiparametric characterization of macromolecules, nanoparticles and aggregates.

3. The delivery includes, m.in. costs of transport, insurance, delivery of equipment, delivery of reagents, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, installation, connection to the network, launching the subject of the contract, and training in the operation of equipment.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

5. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract, warranty conditions and payment terms are indicated in the Model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

1. Type of order: delivery.

2. The subject of the contract is the supply of a system for multiparametric characterization of macromolecules, nanoparticles and aggregates.

3. The delivery includes, m.in. costs of transport, insurance, delivery of equipment, delivery of reagents, bringing to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, installation, connection to the network, launching the subject of the contract, and training in the operation of the equipment.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract together with the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to complete (along with the name, manufacturer, model, type or other features necessary to unambiguously identify it; it also applies to offering equivalent solutions), sign and attach to the offer Annex No. 3 to the SWZ allowing to determine the compliance of the offered device with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, taking into account any Information for Contractors.

5. The Ordering Party requires a copy of the certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity in accordance with applicable regulations, i.e. in particular the Act of 30 August 2002 on the conformity assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215) confirming the CE marking or other equivalent documents or statements confirming the compliance of the product with the standards in force in the EU. The Ordering Party allows the submission of the above-mentioned documents in English (provided at the time of delivery).

6. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract, warranty conditions and payment terms are indicated in the Model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to conduct training on the Contractor's reagents in the field of equipment operation after its installation and acceptance.

7.1 Within the time limit agreed with the Contracting Entity, the Contractor shall prepare and conduct training at the Ordering Party's headquarters on the supplied reagents, for min. 10 persons indicated by the Ordering Party within 2 working days. The training cannot take place later than within 14 days of installation of the device

7.2 The exact number of people participating in the training will be provided to the Contractor within 5 working days before the planned date of commencement of the training.

8. Place of delivery of the device: Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Wrocław, Department of Cytobiochemistry, F. Joliot–Curie 14A, 50-383 Wrocław.

9. Warranty and guarantee:

11.1 The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to grant a 24-month guarantee and warranty period for the entire subject of the contract

11.2 The Contractor shall provide, together with the subject of the contract, documents specifying the rules for the provision of services during the warranty period (warranty card or other equivalent document containing information about the guarantee granted).

11.3 The warranty period begins on the next day, after the protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract (without defects).

10. The subject of the contract must be new (not regenerated, not repaired, not fabricated, not used in previous implementations), complete (in particular with all components, parts, materials necessary for commissioning and use), free from physical and legal defects, cannot be subject to the rights of third parties. The delivered subject of the contract must meet all applicable legal standards of safety of Polish and European Union regulations, have all legally required approvals and approvals.

11. The execution of the contract is to be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all the requirements contained in the SWZ with attachments and possible Information for Contractors.

12. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire scope of the subject of the contract. The subject of the order must be complete, with all hardware components, including subassemblies, elements, materials, software, programs, databases, etc., reagents, licenses, manuals and other hardware components and necessary to run and operate the device at the Cytob Plant
