The tendered total service includes the collection of waste paper (only depot containers and recycling centers) as well as the recycling of waste paper from the district of Heilbronn.

The services to be awarded are advertised in five lots, each of which essentially comprises the following individual services:

– Lot 1: Collection of waste paper with depot containers;

– Lot 2: collection of cardboard boxes via recycling centres;

– Lot 3: Recycling of waste paper from blue bins and associations;

– Lot 4: Recovery of waste paper from Lot 1;

– Lot 5: Recycling of cardboard (waste paper) from Lot 2.

– collection of waste paper at the container stands in the district;

– Provision of depot containers at the container stands (if necessary, reduction of the current number of containers planned);

– transport of the waste paper to a transshipment facility of the contractor and execution of the transshipment service;

– Transfer of waste paper to the contractor of Lot 4 and, if necessary, to Dual Systems;

– Mengenspanne: 4.400 Mg/a – 6.400 Mg/a.

– collection of waste paper (cardboard boxes) at the recycling centres;

– provision of capped emptying containers and capped swap containers at recycling centres;

– transport of the waste paper to a transshipment facility of the contractor and execution of the transshipment service;

– Transfer of waste paper to the contractor of Lot 5 and, if necessary, to dual systems;

– Mengenspanne: 2.800 Mg/a – 3.600 Mg/a.

– Acceptance and recycling of waste paper from the collection with the "Blue Bin" as well as the association collections at a transshipment point;

– Carrying out all necessary takeover, transport and recycling logistics services;

– Recycling/marketing of the recovered paper in legally approved plants (including disposal of sorting residues or contaminants);

– Quantity range of mixed waste paper "Blue bin (incl. association collection)": 10,000 mg/a – 15,500 mg/a (note: quantity range takes into account a possible release of waste paper to system operators in accordance with the Packaging Act).

– collection and recovery of waste paper from the collection of waste paper with depot containers at the transshipment point referred to in Lot 1;

– Carrying out all necessary takeover, transport and recycling logistics services;

– Recycling/marketing of the recovered paper in legally approved plants (including disposal of sorting residues or contaminants);

– Quantity range of mixed waste paper "depot container": 4,200 Mg/a – 6,400 Mg/a (Note: Quantity range takes into account a possible partial surrender of waste paper to system operators in accordance with the Packaging Act).

– Acceptance and recovery of waste paper from the collection of waste paper (cardboard) at the recycling centres in accordance with Lot 2;

– Carrying out all necessary takeover, transport and recycling logistics services;

– Recycling/marketing of the recovered paper in legally approved plants (including disposal of sorting residues or contaminants);

– Quantity range of waste paper (cardboard) "recycling centres": 2,600 mg/a – 3,600 mg/a (note: quantity range takes into account a possible partial surrender of waste paper to system operators in accordance with the Packaging Act).
