The district service of "Social Transport" in favor of fragile subjects, has the main objective to facilitate the movement of elderly, disabled, non self-sufficient, with reduced capacity, in situations of particular need, which are not able to use normal public transport to reach welfare / educational / training / work structures, or treatment and rehabilitation centers, or allow trips aimed at socialization.

The Municipalities of District 4, following the completion of the accreditation procedure and the constitution and publication of the district register of accredited subjects, will be able to assign in favor of the requesting citizens, previously assessed, «nominative and non-transferable vouchers», which can be spent at the Companies accredited at the district level and registered in the register.
