The subject of the contract is a service consisting in designing and maintaining an IT system designed to support the teaching process in strict directions, where an important component is the implementation of individual and team development projects. A detailed description and manner of execution of the order shall be provided by the OPZ, which is Annex 8 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is to design and implement an IT system supporting the recruitment and evaluation of applications and reporting in projects funded under the new scholarship program of the Polish Academy of Sciences — PASIFIC.

The order shall, in particular, include:

1) development of Project Plan -Stage I

2) Carry out the analysis and preparation of the System Project -Stage II

3) the construction of the System - Stage III,

4) System implementation (system startup, performance optimization, training, transmission of full documentation) — Stage IV,

5) Final reception of System -Stage V,

6) guarantee for a period of 24 months after receipt of Stage V,

7) System service for 48 months

8) System development (optional).
