The works comprise of the Electrical Services Installation upgrade works to be carried out as a direct contract with the client. The works entail: • Electrical Distribution Upgrade • System of General Lighting (LED throughout) • System of Small Power Sockets and power outlets • Emergency lighting Upgrade • Fire Detection and Alarm Services Upgrade w/ CO2 detection • Communications, P.A. System Complete • All associated builder’s attendances. • Testing and Commissioning of the entire installation.
