In this tender, the City of Copenhagen, the Employment and Integration Administration wishes to enter into an agreement on the purchase of initiatives under the Act on active employment initiatives for primarily unemployed people with gang or biker relations.

Two areas of procurement are being offered:

- Tender area 1 'Fast out on business

- Procurement area 2 'Business-oriented guidance and upskilling

The tenderer may bid for one or both tender areas.

The Employment and Integration Administration does not guarantee any minimum turnover in connection with the tender.

The total purchase framework for the tender is expected to amount to approx. DKK 40 million in a 4-year period September 2023 - August 2027 (i.e. if the full extension of the contract is applied).

The estimated purchase framework does not take into account any future changes in legislation in the employment area, rising or decreasing unemployment in the target group for the tender and/or change in the political priorities for the use of the offers covered by the tender. On this basis, the maximum purchase limit for the tender is set at DKK 65 million for the total contract period.
