2. The subject of the contract includes delivery and assembly of 131 sets of photovoltaic installations on private buildings, 3 photovoltaic installations on public buildings as well as delivery and assembly of 24 boilers for biomass with a capacity of 23-25 kW.

2.1 a) Supply and assembly of 131 sets of solar installations on private buildings and 3 installations on public buildings operating in an open system (on-grid) with protection against island operation together with equipment, necessary cabling, based on possessed modular technical documentation, in including:

- supply and assembly of 2 kW photovoltaic installations (8 panels), assembly on a residential building - number - 43 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 2.5 kW solar installations (10 panels), assembly on a residential building - quantity - 10 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 3 kW photovoltaic installations (12 panels), assembly on a residential building - number - 26 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 2 kW photovoltaic installations (8 panels), assembly on an outbuilding - number - 24 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 2.5 kW solar installations (10 panels), assembly on an outbuilding - number - 9 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 3 kW photovoltaic installations (12 panels), assembly on an outbuilding - quantity - 10 installations,

- supply and assembly of 2 kW solar installations (8 panels), installation on the ground - quantity - 3 installations,

- delivery and assembly of 3 kW photovoltaic installations (12 panels), installation on the ground - number - 6 installations,

- delivery and assembly of a 3 kW photovoltaic installation (12 panels), assembly on the service and office building of the Municipal Office in Urzędów,

- supply and installation of a 23.8 kW photovoltaic installation (85 panels), assembly on the ZGK outbuilding in Urzedów,

- supply and installation of a 15.6 kW photovoltaic installation (56 panels), installation on the ground at a water supply station in Mikuszewskie.

a) Delivery and assembly of central heating biomass boilers, capacity 23 - 25 kW based on technical documentation - 24 pcs.

The boiler is equipped with a fuel tank with a capacity of min. 190 dm 3 . For the adaptability of boilers in small rooms, it is assumed that the width of the boiler cannot be greater than 68 cm, the height of the boiler should not exceed 150 cm.

The dimensions of the boilers given in the technical documentation are only examples. The Purchaser also allows equivalent products with performance parameters and quality features at least at the level of the parameters of the indicated product, thereby recognizing any product with indicated or better parameters.

In order to protect the boiler return, the hydraulic diagram of the boiler connection provided in the technical documentation includes the use of a four-way valve with the drive, if the boiler manufacturer permits the use of an automatic three-way return protection valve, the Purchaser accepts the change of accessories.
