Replacement of four hospital lifts in building A1 to ensure required technical and safety standards

The subject of the contract includes:

a) Replacement of old lifts with new ones that will comply with the current law, in particular fire protection regulations - including the fire expertise included in the description of the contract. The contractor is obliged to obtain from the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) acceptance decisions or other document required by law necessary for use and operation.

b) Dismantling of old hospital lifts and all related elements, including their disposal and delivery, along with the installation and commissioning of new hospital lifts, also adapted for the disabled, located in building A1,

c) The crane supplier will prepare complete documentation for the needs of the Office of Technical Inspection - UDT, including also verification of the crane shaft and engine room structure and provide a report of the construction part of the crane (confirmation of the strength of the shaft and engine room by an authorized person)

d) Installation of new lifts with delivery of components in accordance with the technical characteristics of the lifting equipment included in this description

e)The scope of work includes the dismantling and disposal of all components of existing lifts. It is not possible to use guides and counterweights.

Other

a)The lift must be equipped with a control with full parameter editing allowing full access and programming of functions without the need for additional equipment, the control must have an integrated display with fault editing

b) Possibility of visual control of the condition of the ropes without the need for additional equipment

c)The crane controller software must be an integral part of the equipment and must not be a separate part encumbered with intellectual property rights.

d) The manufacturer of the crane must provide an authorized maintenance service with the appropriate authorizations for maintenance of lifts issued by the Office of Technical Inspection and the Authorization of the Office of Technical Inspection for repairs of cranes.

e) The time of arrival of the maintenance technician (reaction) to the reported failure is max. 10 minutes.

f) The lift must be equipped with a system that allows the cabin to reach the nearest stop and cover the door.

g)Top-down collectivity

h) Each Lift must be equipped with a limited access system integrated with the ROGER hospital system and 100 access cards programmable from one place

(i)The lift shall be equipped with a voice feedback system

j) The Hospital Lift should meet the accessibility standards for people with special needs (described in the Annex entitled Hospital Accessibility Standard)

k) Hospital Lift No. D4 should meet the standards of accessibility for people with special needs (described in the Appendix entitled Hospital Accessibility Standard) as well as meet the requirements for rescue teams

l) Execution of stainless steel portals at all shaft doors

m)Renovation of the shaft and engine room painting

n)The lift should be suitable for the installation of a cabin monitoring system

o) The crane supplier will prepare complete documentation including verification of the crane shaft and engine room structure and provide a report of the construction part of the crane (certificate of strength of the shaft and engine room)

p)In addition, monthly inspections of all lifts should be included in the offer

Scope of additional work:

a) Execution of construction and installation works; treatment of the bus stop doors after their installation, finishing the thresholds of the new stop doors, adjusting the openings in the walls to the new elevator, replacing the power line, adjusting the lighting on the elevator accesses and in accordance with the requirements of the Office of Technical Inspection, lighting in the shaft and engine room, repainting the walls in the shaft and engine room. Replacement of doors to the engine room, integration with the monitoring system (camera with cabling and PoE switch - integration with the internal system, installation and commissioning of a camera in IP technology with a minimum of 4 Mpix in the hospital's gatehouse).
