The Bank grants the Ordering Party a loan in the amount of PLN 4,200,000.00 to finance the repayment of previously incurred liabilities.

4. The interest rate is the sum of the WIBOR rate for one monthly deposits (1M) according to the quotation from the penultimate business day preceding the day of starting the loan and a margin fixed during the term of the contract.
The contracting authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PPL Act.
Pursuant to Article 138(2)(2) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority has set a deadline for the submission of tenders shorter than the deadline specified in Article 138(1) of the PPL Act, because there is an urgent need to award the contract and shortening the deadline for submitting tenders is justified.
