Vefsn Municipality would like to have a Dynamic Purchase System (DPS) for the procurement and leasing of vehicles in the period 2020-2024. The reason is that in December 2018 Vefsn Municipal Council decided that in the future, a minimum of 50 % of the vehicles in Vefsn Municipality must consist of electric vehicles. Vefsn Municipality does not see it as appropriate to enter into new 4-year framework agreements due to developments in the market.

Vefsn Municipality is currently bound by framework agreements for the procurement and leasing of vehicles until November 2020. Procurements and leasing under this contract will not be made through the Dynamic Purchase System until after November 2020.
