Expansion of the Waste Recovery and Disposal Plant in Katowice at 7a Milowicka Street, Stage III: Modernization of the sorting line for selectively collected waste – reconstruction of the waste sorting line along with the construction of technological channels and foundations for new equipment inside, as well as the construction of two sheds for waste containers. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (together with its attachments) is included in Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of this public procurement entitled "Expansion of the Waste Recovery and Disposal Plant in Katowice at 7a Milowicka Street, Stage III: Modernization of the sorting line for selectively collected waste – reconstruction of the waste sorting line along with the construction of technological channels and foundations for new equipment inside, as well as the construction of two sheds for waste containers" includes:

construction inventory of the existing waste sorting hall, where the waste sorting line will be rebuilt;

development of detailed technological documentation for the waste sorting installation, taking into account the solutions proposed by the Contracting Authority for the modernization of the municipal waste sorting plant included in the municipal waste processing installation in Katowice at 7A Milowicka Street;

development of detailed construction documentation for the construction scope of the project – foundations for ballistic separators, construction of two shelters, modification of the outermost span of the hall in axes B-6, B-7, in accordance with the construction design and the building permit granted for this scope, decision No. RBDEC-1076/2021 of the Mayor of the City of Katowice of July 19, 2021, ref. no. AB II.6740.1120.2021.IH; AB.II.KW-05233/21;

dismantling of equipment not intended for further operation in the existing waste sorting plant, cleaning of these devices and storage of these devices in a place indicated by the Ordering Party, located on the premises of ZOiUO at 7a Milowicka Street in Katowice;

repair and renovation of the entire floor in areas A and B, with epoxy paint on technological floors. After the renovation, the floor will also be marked with communication routes, along which technological pedestrian traffic will take place in the area of the sorting plant;

construction of two buildings – shelters in accordance with the Construction Design constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Description of the subject of the contract and the decision RBDEC-0367/2021 of the Mayor of the City of Katowice of 23 March 2021, ref. no. AB-II.6740.932.2020.IH; AB.II.KW-01827/21 approving the building design and granting a building permit for the project which is the subject of the present public procurement procedure, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Description of the subject matter of the contract;

modernization of some technological equipment;

delivery and installation of new technological equipment for the sorting plant;

Delivery of equipment supporting the operation of the sorting plant:

2 waste containers according to DIN 30722 with a capacity of 30m3,

4 waste containers according to DIN 30722 with a capacity of 36m3,

training of the Contracting Authority's personnel;

test run of the installation;

Inspections and maintenance services during the warranty period

ensuring author's supervision within the scope covered by the subject of the contract during the implementation of the entire project.

The investor reserves the right to carry out and carry out other works in the sorting plant after informing the Contractor about the scope and time of their execution, which will not affect the Contractor's work.
