1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of the collection and management of municipal waste, broken down into 2 parts:

Part 1 - the provision of the service of the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited property, the provision of services for the collection and development of municipal waste from properties on which residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created and the provision of additional services,

Part 2 - the provision of waste disposal services from sites not intended for their storage and storage.

2. The detailed scope of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order, also referred to as SWZ or Specification. The Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the contract shall also be defined by the contractual provisions set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ

part I (Ia + Ib + Ic + Id)

Ia — real estate resided:1. The order covers: (a) the collection and landscaping. Municipal waste from property owners, b) collection and landscapes. Municipal waste accumulated in bell-type containers forming so-called bell nests, not allowing them to overflow — places the settings of these containers/containers are indicated in Annex No 1d to OPZ, (c) loading, transport, unloading of bell-type containers (from PSZOK to points according to Annex 1d to OPZ), (d) organization (collection and development) in the period April — June of one so-called large-sized waste collection, in including furniture, waste electrical and electronic equipment, (e) the collection and management of expired medicines from pharmacies and the equipment of certain pharmacies with drug confiscators, (f) the collection and management of waste from PSZOK, (g) the provision of bags for collection selectively harved:paper, glass, metals/plastics/multi-plant packaging, ash, h) organization of selective municipal waste collection: municipal waste collection will take place directly from the property on which residents reside, (i) the weighing of all municipal waste collected from property and collected under the so-called seasonal collection, from pharmacies and from PSZOK፦ residues from selective collection of municipal waste and mixed municipal waste, if irregularities in selective collection of municipal waste were found, - selectively collected and received municipal waste (glass, paper, plastics and metals, multi-plant packaging, ash), - biowaste, - furniture and other large-sized waste, including electrical and electronic equipment under the so-called seasonal collection, - waste received from so-called bell sockets or bells or containers if they perform the roles of so-called bell sockets, - expired medicines received from pharmacies, - waste received from PSZOK, accumulated in individual containers/containers, j) loading, transport, unloading of bell-type containers from PSZOK to the places of setting those containers indicated in Annex 1d to OPZ, (k) the implementation of the above tasks in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of relevant local law and regulations to those laws.

Ib — uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created: 1. The order is compartments:( a) the collection and development of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Maintenance of Cleanliness and Order in the Municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of the relevant local law, Regulations to those laws, (b) the provision of bags of 120 litres for the collection of selectively collected: paper, glass, metals/plastics/multi-plant packaging, (c) the collection and management of municipal waste accumulated in street baskets, (d) weighing all municipal waste collected from property፦ residues from selective collection of municipal waste and mixed municipal waste, if irregularities in selective collection of municipal waste are found, - selectively collected and received municipal waste (glass, paper, plastics and metals, multi-plant packaging, biowaste).

Ic - common provisions for inhabited property and uninhabited property: 1. Obligations of the Contractor in the field of execution of the object of the procurement: 1) collection of municipal waste - the collection of municipal waste will take place from 600-1800 from Monday to Friday according to a timetable for the export of municipal waste by the Contractor, after weighing vehicles,

PART II

1. The subject of the contract is to provide a service for the disposal of waste from sites not intended for its collection in the Municipality of Skoczów and the development of such waste.

2. The contract includes:

(a) the substitution of containers or big-bag/s or self-loading box vehicles in the place indicated by the representative of the Municipality in the relevant order, manual loading and/or mechanical waste, transport of waste and its development, in accordance with the provisions of the Cleanliness Act and order in the municipality, the Waste Act and the provisions of the relevant implementing acts,

(b) the performance of other works indicated by the representative of the Municipality in the relevant order, including, for example, lichen mowing, extraction of waste from the watercourse bed, raking of the site after the waste removed (the model of the order referred to above is an annex to the contract for the implementation of the subject services),

(c) the weighing of the received waste shall be carried out at the disposal of the Contracting Authority or any other entity designated by the Ordering Party; the weight shall be located at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste at 3 Ring Street in Kiczyce or elsewhere in the Community.
