This is an invitation on behalf of Karlsøy Municipality, c/o the Agency for Operations and Development, to an “open tender contest” for:

Development of roads, water and sewage in Slettmo Housing Estate in Hansnes.

The work will include the following:

— development of approx. 600 m road and laying approx. 1 000 m VAO with manholes,

— further details are given in chapter 5 Project Orientation, point 5.1 The Scope of the Work,

— drop-off parking at the nursery opposite Slettmo housing estate.

In addition to Norprosjekt´s description of the amounts involved for roads, water and sewage at Slettmo housing estate, this tender description also includes an addition from Sweco Norge AS, which comprises drop-off parking at the nursery opposite Slettmo housing estate.

The contest will be held in accordance with the Public Procurements Act dated 16.7.1999 no. 69 and the Public Procurement Regulations dated 7.4.2006, no. 402 with later amendments.

Parts I and III of the regulations apply for this procurement. The procurement will follow the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §14-1. This is a procurement procedure in which all interested contractors can submit a tender, but, which does not allow negotiations.
