Supply of electricity to Northern Ireland Local Government. The supply of electricity will be open to all local government bodies in Northern Ireland and the successful candidates from this framework will be invited to tender on a mini competition basis (ITQ) as the requirement arises during the validity of this framework. All competitions utilising this framework, must only be undertaken following attaining approval of the procurement group that administered and prepared this tender.
